Your host, Jeanne Olson, has decided to rejuvenate her podcast with a fresh title, a vibrant cover art and better content. In essence, she is gearing up to rebrand it for the betterment of you as listeners. But don't worry, the main aspect won't change - it'll still focus on health.

She is still figuring out how to incorporate the mountain adventure segment in a new way. But you can expect the core subject to remain intact - what to scrap from your diet, what to eradicate that might be harmful. However, she is keen to add some more dynamic elements to the structure to enhance your experience.
