In my search for better health, something that I found that helped me tremendously are vitamin and mineral supplements. My mother always swore to me that we get all the nutrients we need in our food (as she fed me a hot dog lol). That's no longer true. Today, more than ever, our food is more processed and has more additives. I've learned that most of our health issues are actually nutrient deficiencies. Over the years, I have tried different supplements. Some were better than other's but I never felt exceptionally well. I finally found a company called Three International. The products are made from whole foods and the best part is they are considered anti-aging!
I invite you to check out the products and science behind them. Click on the link above for more information
